What I Ate This Week #1 - Slimming World

I have been going to do this for a while but just have never got round to it. I have weigh in on a Tuesday night so i am starting this Wednesday Morning. If there is a day where i haven't marked my healthy extra A it probably means i had Milk for it.
 
Wednesday
 
I usually have a bit of a cheat day on a Wednesday but as i have put on while i was on holiday i am going to 100% stick to plan this week.  
Breakfast- 35g Porridge Oats (HEb), 150ml Semi Skimmed Milk (HEa), Blueberries and Raspberries, Coffee.
Dinner- Jacket Potato, Prawns, Beetroot, Pickled Onions, Tomatoes, 2 tbsp of Mayo (1 Syn), Apple
Tea- Homemade Chicken Kiev (recipe here) (2.5 Syns), Slimming World Chips, Mixed Veg
 Snacks-  2 Ginger Nut Biscuits (2.5 Syns each)
Syn Total- 7.5
 
Thursday
 
Breakfast- Bacon, Eggs, Mushrooms, Coffee
Dinner- Pitta Bread(HEb) Pizza with Mushrooms, Onion, Ham and Cheese (HEa) 
Tea- Carvery
Syn Total- 7
 
Friday
 
Breakfast- 2 Oranges and a handful of Strawberries. Coffee
Dinner- Homemade Lamb Rogan Josh (recipe here), Rice
Tea- Beef and Veg Casserole, Mash and Roast Potatoes (1 Syn for gravy)
Snacks- McCoys  (8 Syns) Salted Caramel HIFI Bar (HEb)
Syn Total- 9 Syns
 
Saturday
 
Breakfast- 35g Porridge Oats (HEb), 150ml Semi Skimmed Milk (HEa), Blueberries, Strawberries and Raspberries, Coffee
Dinner- Bacon, Egg, Mushroom, Tomato, Beans, Tomato Ketchup (2 Syns)
Tea- Nacho Style Feast (SW May/June Magazine) (6 Syns)
Syn Total- 8 Syns
 
Sunday
 
Breakfast- Bacon Sandwich (HEb), Coffee, Orange, Apple
Dinner- Mushroom Risotto
Tea- Roast Chicken Dinner, Gravy (1 Syn) 2 Yorkshire Puddings (5 Syns)
Syn Total- 6 Syns 
 
Monday
 
 Breakfast- 2 Oranges, Apple, Coffee
Dinner- Jacket Potato, Prawns, Pickled Onions, Beetroot, Cucumber, Mayo (2 Syns)
Tea- Spaghetti Carbonara (HEa)
Snack- Salted Caramel HIFI Bar (HEb)

Tuesday

Snack- Malteasers Bar (9.5 Syns)

Weight Loss This Week - My weight stayed the same this week :(
 
I'm a little disappointed as i have tried so hard this week but i know it's better than a gain. I also have quite a bad Neck/Shoulder injury at the moment so there is a lot of swelling and i am also bloated so hopefully my hard work this week will show next week.
