I have been going to do this for a while but just have never got round to it. I have weigh in on a Tuesday night so i am starting this Wednesday Morning. If there is a day where i haven't marked my healthy extra A it probably means i had Milk for it.
I usually have a bit of a cheat day on a Wednesday but as i have put on while i was on holiday i am going to 100% stick to plan this week.
Weight Loss This Week - My weight stayed the same this week :(
I'm a little disappointed as i have tried so hard this week but i know it's better than a gain. I also have quite a bad Neck/Shoulder injury at the moment so there is a lot of swelling and i am also bloated so hopefully my hard work this week will show next week.
